Return & Refund Policy – Melina Crafts
Thank you for being here and supporting my work. Every piece at Melina Crafts is handmade with real time, care, and intention, and I truly appreciate every order.
Because of that, my policy is a little different from large mass-produced stores.
Returns & Refunds
Since each lamp is handmade and made-to-order, I don’t offer standard returns or refunds.
However, I do offer an optional 30-day warranty at checkout for peace of mind.
30-Day Warranty
If you choose to add the 30-day warranty to your order:
- You’ll be eligible for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery
- If there’s any issue, just reach out with a photo or video
- I’ll make it right
Without Warranty
If the warranty is not selected at checkout:
- Orders are considered final
- Returns and refunds are not available
If Something Arrives Damaged
If your lamp arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
If you purchased the warranty, I’ll take care of it right away.
If not, I’ll still do my best to help, but resolutions aren’t guaranteed.

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in details, color, or texture are completely normal—and part of what makes your piece unique.
